Toddler Care

The toddler years, typically between ages 1 and 3, are a remarkable period of growth and discovery. During this stage, children experience significant development socially, cognitively, and emotionally. It is also the ideal time to begin building early relationships, encouraging interaction, and fostering independence through guided exploration and play.

At Honeygrove Learning Academy, our toddler program is thoughtfully designed to support this exciting stage of development. Through engaging group play and structured activities, children are given the opportunity to explore beyond their earliest environments, make new discoveries, and begin learning alongside their peers in a nurturing and stimulating setting.

Our classrooms are equipped with enriching tools and resources to enhance the learning experience, including:
• State-of-the-art interactive smart boards
• Creative Curriculum and Abeka Curriculum
• Early reading development through phonics
• Spanish classes offered twice weekly for children ages 2–5 (included in tuition)
• An interactive dramatic playroom for imaginative exploration
• The Eyeclick System for interactive learning

Our dedicated educators guide children through story time and circle time, encouraging them to listen, express themselves, and share their thoughts in creative ways. These experiences help strengthen language development, confidence, and social skills.

In addition, we focus on building essential life skills such as proper hygiene and early potty training, helping children gain independence and confidence as they prepare for preschool and beyond.
